From Little Britain to his cabaret alter ego Lenny Beige, he has spent decades bringing laughter, wit and heart to audiences everywhere. At Circle & Star, Steve shapes a programme that celebrates humour, humanity and connection — crafting experiences that are alive, unrepeatable and full of warmth.

  Carri Hecks

  The heart of the theatre on performance days. Carri is the welcome at the door and the steady hand once the lights go down — here to look after every guest and keep the evening running quietly, without ceremony. Warm, calm and present, she makes the room feel like one you are glad you walked into.

  Justin Bovington

  A designer and producer whose work over three decades bridges technology, immersive media and performance. Justin is the champion and creator of the Circle & Star brand and look — its design, its identity, its feel — and the producer developing the performances at its heart. Circle & Star embodies that vision: a space where design, imagination and human connection converge to redefine what theatre can be.
